LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) is free to all newcomers (permanent residents) to Canada who are not yet Canadian citizens. LINC is offered in five levels, from CLB 1 to CLB 5.

Full-time LINC classes are held at Metro (7835-76 Ave. NW)
