Fun, versatile and elegant, tapas are small plates made for sharing, originally served to accompany drinks. Bring a hint of old-world sophistication to your next gathering with traditional Spanish tapas. Chef Pierre Plamondon will share favourites including tortilla Española (Spanish omelette), croquetas de jamon (ham croquettes) and gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp). Round out the party with a platter of cheese, chorizo, olives and bread—charcuterie, Spanish-style! Materials: $20
