Longing for an escape to a tropical paradise? Join us for an exotic evening of culinary fun—a voyage for the senses! Learn to make some of Thailand's star dishes: spicy som tam (papaya salad), fragrant red curry chicken and sticky rice mango for a sweet finish. You will also learn how to make a spicy chili oil. Materials: $20

Notice

Please read:  Hands-on/demonstration course. Please bring an apron if you wish and food containers in case there are leftovers to take home. Please park in the North parking lot (back of the school facing the running track). It is a BIG staff parking lot. Enter through the left doors (as you approach the building). Once inside, go up the stairs, turn right and the Foods lab (Room 212), is at the end of the hallway past the cafeteria and library.
