Vietnamese cuisine is renowned for combining fresh, fragrant ingredients into perfectly flavour-balanced dishes. In this class, learn to prepare two popular favourites. We’ll begin with a hands-on introduction to pho—Vietnamese noodle soup—that showcases its simplicity and versatility. Next, we’ll roll the perfect salad rolls and create a savoury lime sauce. A spicy chili oil will also be made. Healthy and delicious! Materials: $20

Please read:  Hands-on/demonstration course. Please bring an apron if you wish and food containers in case there are leftovers to take home. Please park in the North parking lot (back of the school facing the running track). It is a BIG staff parking lot. Enter through the left doors (as you approach the building). Once inside, go up the stairs, turn right and the Foods lab (Room 212), is at the end of the hallway past the cafeteria and library.
