While sipping on refreshing nimbu pani (traditional lime juice), explore a variety of delectable curries, including coconut chicken curry, sweet and sour chickpea curry, and green pea and paneer curry. Biryani, a delicious aromatic layered rice, will be prepared and served to accompany the curries. Hands-on/demonstration course. Materials: $20
