Cooking for gluten-free diets is challenging. This course will address common questions and cooking problems, review recipe conversion and discuss available products. You'll see demonstrations and make yeast breads, fresh cinnamon buns, soups, and many other flavoursome gluten-free products. Hands-on course. Materials: $30

Please read:  Hands-on course. Only gluten allergies will be addressed in class. Please bring an apron, a recipe that you can use to practice conversions and some plastic containers should there be any leftovers. Lunch is provided; items prepared are the lunch menu. Participants with long hair are asked to tie hair back when working in the kitchen.
