Bring the flavours of a Parisian crêperie to your home! Learn the techniques for making classic French crêpes and getting them right every time. Once you’ve mastered the basic method, you will discover versatile sweet and savoury dishes such as cremini mushroom crêpes, chicken and spinach crêpes with roasted red pepper sauce, crêpes Suzette and ice-cream-stuffed crêpes with raspberry coulis.
