Explore "The Habit Loop," a system developed at Stanford University, and discover a proven strategy to get the results you want in school and in your life. Learn how to replace unhealthy habits that are keeping you stuck in negative patterns, how to break through procrastination, set and execute powerful goals and strengthen your self-discipline and willpower. Bring writing tools to class. Room assignment will be posted on the night of your class.
