Learn how to make a fantastic perogy dough with different fillings and tasty pasta dough, including cheese-filled ravioli and gnocchi. This course will keep you engaged as you work through the recipes and then sample and take your gourmet delights home for sharing. Hands-on course. Materials: $30

Please read:  Hands-on class. This class will only include gluten-free recipes and discussions. Vegan and dairy-free eating, as well as other food sensitivities and allergies will not be covered. Please bring an apron and containers to take left-overs should there be any. Participants with long hair are asked to tie hair back before coming to class.
