Please read:  Hands-on course. NOTE: Only gluten allergies will be addressed in this class. People with peanut allergies should be warned there are recipes with peanuts. Please bring an apron to class as well as Ziplock bags and/or plastic containers to take home your finished goodies! Participants with long hair are asked to tie hair back when working in the kitchen.
