We’ll talk about what ingredients to look for, how to find them (at the right price!) and how to transition to this tasty lifestyle. You’ll prepare a vegetable stock, a delicious veggie patty and a mock-tuna salad. Hands-on course. Materials: $15

Please read:  Hands-on course. Please bring an apron if you wish and food containers in case there are leftovers to take home. It is also suggested that you bring a mason jar to bring home vegetable stock.
