Let Chef Vinod make it easy for you as he walks you through the process of buying, storing and cooking fish using a variety of methods so that the end result is not only tasty but beautiful! Learn how to make steamed fresh mussels, grilled fish with fresh asparagus and hollandaise, cod and spinach cassrole and shrimp and broccoli stir-fry. Materials: $20
