Join the ranks of home cheesemakers! Learn how to make three different types of cheese, including a simple yet delightful ricotta and a popular mozzarella. Take home some delicious samples as well as a wealth of knowledge to begin your cheesemaking journey. There will a 30-minute break partway through the class. Hands-on course. Materials: $20

Please read:  Hands-on course. Please bring kitchen gloves, an apron, a pen/pencil and 3 medium sized containers to bring cheese samples home in. There will a 30 minute lunch break part way through the class. Please feel free to bring a snack/lunch and a beverage.
