Your breath affects your body and can be used to calm your mind. Explore the seven chakras and how to use your breath to channel and reset your body's energy. Discover four different breathing techniques that can be used easily throughout the day as stresses occur, and learn to use both breathwork and meditation to deepen your understanding of your body's subtle energy points. Please wear comfortable clothing to class.
