Dhyana, meaning concentration or meditation, is a perfect form of yoga for those looking to improve their sleep habits, relieve fatigue and reduce stress. In this short introductory class, Annyse will take you on a restorative journey that combines gentle yoga poses and qigong stretches and incorporates breathing exercises with simple meditation techniques. Come out and try this four-week sampler that will calm your mind and relax your body.
