Are you ready to shake up your workout, boost your metabolism and improve your cardiovascular fitness? Then interval training is for you! In a series of low- to high-intensity exercises alternating with rest-and-recovery periods, this full-body workout uses your own body weight for cardio and toning. Class will be adapted for all fitness levels.
