CALM (Career and Life Management) is a vital component of comprehensive school health education. It emphasizes knowledge, attitudes, behaviours, competencies and values, and provides students with opportunities to enhance their capacities in problem solving, critical thinking and reflection.

CALM is a requirement for achieving a high school diploma.

Please read: 

This is an IN-PERSON class. Students must be present on all days and participate in all learning activities in order to be successful in the class.

As many Division schools schedule Physical Education 10 and CALM together, it is recommended that students complete both courses during the summer as there may be limited opportunities to register in either course as a separate offering during the regular school year.

TOTAL COST - Students under 20 years on Sep 1 of the current school year: A $60 non-refundable program fee.
