Using the timeless techniques of classic cuisine, we will prepare roasts (ham and lamb), make the best scalloped potatoes you've ever eaten (that's a promise!) and bake hot cross buns. We’ll also discuss the history and symbolism of these dishes. Hands-on/demonstration course. Materials: $20
