This introductory bootcamp class focuses on muscle strengthening with an energizing total-body workout. During this fun and friendly class, you’ll move through various intervals and circuits. Learn how training the whole body will improve your basal metabolic rate and accelerate weight loss while working to prevent injury. Join us to tone your muscles and sweat your way to real results.
