Engage deep core muscles while improving strength and posture. Pilates is a conditioning program that will improve stamina, flexibility and coordination. This class will target abdominal and back muscles to develop a stronger, leaner body. Safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels, Pilates is injury preventative and rehabilitative. Please bring a dyna-band or you may purchase from instructor for $10 in first class.

Please read:  Please bring a yoga mat, as well as a dyna-band and water bottle to class. If you do not have a dyna-band, you may purchase one from the instructor in the first class for $10. Wear comfortable workout clothing and indoor running shoes.
