Want to build endurance and balance? Are you recovering from an injury? Do you need a gentle re-entry into exercise? Then join us for this hour-long class that does something with every part of the body. You will focus on improving posture and flexibility by strengthening and stretching your muscles to help you stay injury free. All fitness levels welcome.
