Please read: Supplies to bring to class PER COUPLE:
• 2 single bed sheets, 1 light blanket, 1 pillow with pillowcase, and 1 bath towel
• A generous amount of water to drink
• Approx. 4 ounces (125 ml) of coconut oil (the type you cook with) or unscented lotion (NOT mineral or baby oil)
• Indoor shoes or slippers
Massage is most effective with minimal or no clothing. When receiving, you will be covered for privacy and warmth; wearing a 2-piece swimsuit is optional.
Massage tables will be provided.
You are welcome to bring a bag lunch and beverage for the short lunch break.
Caution: This class may not be suitable for those with serious systemic illnesses.
