LINC is free to all newcomers (permanent residents) to Canada who are not Canadian citizens. Our online part-time LINC class is a combined class for Levels CLB 1 & CLB 2.  You will receive language training, orientation to the community, Canadian cultural experiences, and assistance in helping you develop the skills you need to live in a Canadian community.
